I meant to nominate earlier but got caught up in life. Given the lack of participation for pot roast, it doesn’t make much sense to extend it. I know I wouldn’t make it. So I’ll throw a few alternatives:
ENCHILADAS
FRIED RICE
FALAFEL
TACOS
BAO - any kind
