@onzieme, you have shamed me and grossed me out about my long association with flat-bottomed glasses! My excuse is having lived in NY apartments with tiny kitchens and little cupboard space, the advantage of stemless glasses is that they fit! Also, if one is a clumsy cook, it is reassuring to know that one is not going to break something more fragile.
Still, I am enjoying a Friday night glass of albariño in one of my new glasses, courtesy of @vinouspleasure and Jeff at Grassl. It’s a beautiful thing (and experience). Graçias and merci to all!
