If ever there was an actor simply BORN to play a role, this is it. Scenery is chewed with such glee and abandon that 90’s Al Pacino would would be all “WHOA!” I really can’t express how much I just LOVE this movie.

Funny, I was channel surfing earlier and landed on the History Channel. Currently watching the “American Cheese” episode of “The Food that Built America” series. I’ve seen a few of these and they’re, shall we say, a bit overly dramatized. But the story of James Kraft’s effort to produce shelf-stable cheese is keeping my attention. It’s currently up to 1917, he’s found the secret but can’t sell the stuff. Enter WWI . . . I’ll let you know how it turns out and if Kraft ever makes a profit

I’ve always had white American cheese since I was little. We only recently changed to yellow American cheese because my extremely picky 5 year old won’t eat it unless it looks like his “school food”.
