Those are excellent choices, and each and all would bring on salivation for me. I could add plenty, but a few that spring to mind are steak frites, stews and braises, enchiladas, hamburgers and cheeseburgers, most curries, and most pasta dishes. If it has carbs, fat, salt, and acid, I am going to love it. Bonus points for spices and umami.

Welcome to the forum, Prateek.

An interesting list of British classics there. I’m also a big fan of a roast - mainly lamb shoulder. And fish & chips and the full breakfast can be things of joy when they are done well - unfortunately, I find they are often not done well.

But, for a full mouth watering experience, I’d have to go for my favourite dish from my favourite Indian restaurant. They call it Lamb Chamku - a semi dry dish which incorporates beetroot puree in with the usual masala. The sweet earthiness of the beetroot in the very clingy sauce just lifts it
