Again, thanks to that person who blessed me with, what is now diagnosed as, COVID! Day 4 of this ‘rotten cold’…I can’t eat, smell, taste and I can’t stop coughing and no quality sleep. The flu med I finally took two days ago has had a rotten effect on my intestines. Herb tea, for now. I had covid for about 2 hours almost a year ago. Whine, whine, whine! This time, not so easy. It’s time to lengthen the hibernation.
Oh, no. Sorry. Get well soon. Medium H lost his sense of taste during his last (pretty recent) bout of covid, but it came back, so hopefully yours will, too.
May I share?
Please do! I myself got this from a friend’s Facebook page
Thank you!

Thank you for this. I’ve been in Games/Cooking withdrawal since you posted this but I will not cross the virtual picket line.
Ugh! Sorry to hear that…and no taste or smell? That’s the worst! Hope it resolves quickly and you can eat soon AND sleep!
Prescription medication !! Those commercials drive me crazy, and make me furious, for so many reasons!!
I post a lot here, but I can think of at least 2 sites that I read everyday, and have been a member of for 10 years, and I’ve deliberately never posted. Even once. I don’t have a FB account. Years of being an admin on a forum pretty much cured me of my desire to engage. And who wants to know about everything I do??? Seriously!
A darkened room and cases of anesthetizing consumables may come in second, I’m afraid.
I find they all work quite well combined
My SO’s recent bout was positively affected by a Paxlovid prescription.
Ah, but when you’re the admin you can keep the assholery to a minimum
I run a pretty tight ship in several groups. No politics, no bullying, no ganging up on folks — any of that results in immediate removal.
I will say diving into some subreddits takes a thick skin, which I thankfully have.
Oh no!!! Horrible. Hope your recovery is swift.
Thank you! The sun’s starting to shine.
I never thought of it that way! Thanks for the more enlightened perspective!
