Soup, glorious soup! So nice on a snowy day, bean, peas, spinach, elbows, Parmesan and basil.
Fresh orange pastry cream, candied zest , pastry scrap dough.

Four bean stew (aka Cowboy Beans) with sides of cornbread muffins and raw spinach.

Pizza with ricotta and a little Camembert cheese, sprinkle tomatoes, herbs de Provence.
Some more orange pastry cream with boozy sultanas and apricots.

I was in the mood for potato au gratin, so one russet potato, bechamel and some unexpected cheddar from TJ, and ecco! Happy Camper! Some oven roasted broccoli and a green salad vinaigrette, followed by raspberries and orange pastry cream whipped up with a little sour cream.

Tuna salad (w h.b. egg) melts yesterday. And sweet potato tots beside. EVERY time someone posts tuna melts or grilled cheese, my reaction is WANT NOW. So good we repeated the sandwiches for supper tonight, beside soup.
