Amuleto (Waltham, MA) - Chile En Nogada

Having dinner at Amuleto tonight. Chile En Nogada was a special tonight and was fantastic. The roasted poblano was bursting with picadillo (beef and pork, with plantain and fall fruits) and covered with a rich sauce that included walnuts, crema, and cinnamon. We also got tacos: chicken tinga, asado, cochinita, and shrimp stuffed jalapeño. I may need to go to bed early! [chile en nogada] [tinga and asado] [cochinita and stuffed shrimp]
