We have exactly this kind of thing. Teeny tiny houses for those struggling with homelessness, in our PNW town too.
Camping on the coast the last two nights. Made a pork-and-beef Sloppy Joe sauce at home, and baked some Portuguese rolls to bring with us, so dinners were an easy heat-and-eat.
