We finally made it out to top Chef Leia Gaccione’s new restaurant, The Saint Clair, and enjoyed an outstanding dinner, including an excellent tuna crudo with GUM DROP GRAPES, GINGER CITRONETTE, FRESNO, QUINOA CRUNCH. The crispy quinoa crunch was the unexpected star.
