Celebrated the 4th with Old Fashioned Potato Salad. My aunt, raised in Mississippi, always added the mayo-mustard mixture while the potatoes were freshly drained and hot so I did same + a little rice vinegar, red onion, celery, Cornichons, HB eggs. I used russets, well rinsed.
