I made chicken Italian sausage ragu served over ww spaghetti, with a whole mess of baby greens and spinach sauteed with garlic. Hit the spot.
Simples. Small steak doused in Worcestershire while resting, sour cream mashed with butter lake, fresh-cut farm asparagus.
Peri-peri chicken tacos with Tillamook cheddar, chili-ranch dressing, homemade refries, pico de gallo, and chopped garden greens.
Burger and fries. Ground beef with bacon added, cooked in the ci skillet, toasted briosch sesame bun, mayo, onion, tomato, ketchup, cheese, mustard. Homemade pickles, the dregs of a bag of Ore-Ida extra crispy fff. Dessert was Sicilian pistachio ice cream. Oh Diu miu, delicious. Burger and ice cream was a reward for losing another pound. I’m pretty sure I will find it tomorrow.
Luscious-looking burger! That is my kind of onion ratio!

gaaaaah - i keep deleting the wrong post. i was trying to delete the one in the May thread.
SUFFICE TO SAY, SALAD.
There was a one day sale on small avocados over the weekend (3 for $1). When I brought them home, Sunshine requested sushi. Luckily, I had just enough krab (imitation crab) in the freezer to make her some Kalifornia Rolls. My girl can really eat some sushi!! This is definitely one of her favorite meals.
Fusili al Pesto Trapanese from “Four Seasons of Pasta” - pesto is made with roasted almonds, basil, evoo, garlic and crushed red peppers and mixed before serving with peeled, deseeded, salted (to get rid of water) and diced tomatoes. Topped with roasted panko crumbs
Thanks. For me, a burger without onions is just not a burger.
You guys ate the whole plate?
Respect!
I, too, require a nice thick slab of red onion on my bottom bun. Burger bun
But OH SO FREAKING GOOD! (Love the butter lake!)
More free mushrooms, mint and parsley from the balcony! Those mushroom compost blocks are the gift that keeps on giving.
Snap peas with walnuts, lemon, mint and parm. Monkfish with mushrooms, parsley and wine.
These sound good! I rarely buy fresh mint, but might have to get a small bunch (or maybe a SINGLE plant for my deck).
That’s all you need!
Yeah, I know. It’s invasive like a weed and would definitely have to be planter-grown!
Last night’s dinner was pretty much the same as the night before, except I subbed salad for pasta. Also crisped up some skin for “croutons”
