What's for Dinner #119 - the Strawberry Edition! - June 2025

Mrs. P made me an outstanding dinner of Debragga double cut elk chop topped, with cranberry blue cheese; steamed Dungeness crab ( courtesy of Costco); fresh grilled figs topped with gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts and balsamic glaze; TJ’s sweet potato fries, with some Oreo crusted chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert. It all went great with an espresso martini, to start, and an excellent cabernet and red blend.
