What's For Dinner #116 - the Mardi Gras / St. Patrick's Day Edition - March 2025

Dinner last night at a recently opened Northern Chinese restaurant in Rosemead (CA) called Good Alley. As a first-timer, we just ordered “the hits”. Cucumber with XO Sauce, Kurobuta pork and crab meat soup dumplings (excellent), and rou jia mo (aka “The Chinese Hamburger”, though my Daughter rolled her eyes and commented “It’s just a meat pie”) Washed down with Guava orange juice tea.
