@Phoenikia recently noted a from-scratch piri piri sauce, which got me jonesin’ for the dish. I’ve bookmarked that recipe, but since we have a couple of bottle of Nando’s sauce to use up (I’m a fan), I went with that version tonight. Very good overall, and saved me the 200+ kilometer drive to Vancouver, BC.
