Mrs. P made us an awesome Valentine’s Day dinner including various charcuterie; surf and turf with filet mignon topped with blue cheese and caramelized onions (as opposed to criminalized onions 
); and an awesome coconut, chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It all went great with an excellent red blend.
