Lazy Abendbrot with all kinds of goodies from the fridge — well, most of them. Marinated white beans, lox & horseradish, tomatoes & cukes dressed with oo and seasoned with s&p&o, two kinds of sourdough, homadama, city ham, San Daniele, brie, pavé, Gubbeen, lox spread, roasted garlic & herb cream cheese….
I almost cracked open the tin of smoked mussels I grabbed at TJ’s yesterday, but I was afraid it would be too much. It would’ve been.
