Never ‘sploded one myself — I’m an over-docker — but did experience it when I was at friends’ house for dinner. In the regular oven. She forgot to dock. A huuge mess, that’s for sure.

Wish there was a way for it to be locked after the month ends. I’ve made this same mistake a few times.
Yeah, but that would mean no one could come back to ask for a recipe or like that. I do share your desire to prevent inadvertent additions.

I shit you not: every day I check in on my recluse friend via voice msg, that’s how I start. According to my PIC, who sometimes inadvertently is around, it’s one of several voices I use
