I love tiramisu,especially with espresso.
Peach, almond cake, a six inch cake that stays moist due to a goodly amount of almond flour. It was made with “celebrity” peaches from the Coachella Valley. The skin was perfectly smooth more reminiscent of a nectarine. The skin varied in color from light to dark. And the good news…they were amazingly sweet and juicy !

McConnell’s coffee ice cream. Has flecks of crushed espresso beans. Picked it up by mistake - I thought I was reaching for some mint chocolate chip that was next to it. Oh well. I like coffee, too. This was very good!!
McConnell’s makes great coffee ice cream! So many have weak coffee flavor, but not McConnell’s.

Many, many decades ago, I worked at an ice cream shop that sold McConnell’s, and I’d always have a spoonful of the coffee on days I worked. (The shop also sold Dreyer’s, and Dreyer’s coffee was most insipid in comparison.)
At one time I had a slight addiction to Dreyer’s Rocky Road.
Oops! Correction: It was Mocha Almond Fudge (it’s been many years since I’ve bought this!).
Oh, we were so disappointed with that brand! I can’t recall now which flavor we tried, but for the price we had high expectations.
