We took home an excellent chocolate cake with tahini mousse, pomegranate syrup, and sesame tuile from James on Main, in Hackettstown, NJ.

Individual wine cake with chocolate frosting. A yellow cake with a very fine crumb, very light and tender. This cake was intended for a two layer cake with chocolate frostings between the layers. I made one - forth which made 3 small cakes.
Two disappeared when a son stopped by and I offered him two to take home.
. Would make it again, there was enough batter for a 6” cake.

NOT ANYMORE! 
She just came over to drop off today’s order & told me that she’s tired of it. So, next Sunday will be the last order at 40% off. At least she claims her cookies freeze well.
Our waistlines will be the only ones celebrating.
