Absolutely. I’ll take that French Cruller on lower left of the right hand box, please. My spouse doesn’t care for donuts and I refuse to hassle with lines for just one (or 2) for me.

Crema Catalan, the milk was flavored with lemon peel, a cinnamon stick and a few anise seeds prior to making the flan.

Another ‘stachio cookie from my PIC’s newest batch.
This time he put the pistachio paste on top of the cookie instead of adding it to the dough, because it practically disappeared into the cookie.

We enjoyed some excellent desserts over the weekend at Ram and Rooster restaurant in Metuchen, NJ, including dark chocolate sorbet with white yam, meringue, white soy; lemon cake with cheese foam, roasted tea, osmanthus, oat; and a Gai Mei cookie.

A cookie refill was required for the insanely cold weekend coming up 
The usual CC cookie with walnuts (my fave), the butter toffee (my PIC’s favorite), and our first Biscoff cookie.
Got a slice of chocolate mousse cake for a future dessert, a new item on the baker’s menu.
