Mrs. P went all out for Christmas eve! I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas present We started out with an outstanding kabocha squash salad inspired by Bloom in Verona, NJ. Mrs. P pureed kabocha squash, roasted Fuji apples, maple syrup, heavy cream, and butter in the blender.
