What to move to a temporary kitchen during a renovation?

Bravo

The main reason we haven’t had any work done on the kitchen…

Well, my first thought was a storage locker is not a good place for real kitchen items…I would be concerned about the temperature during the summer, the humidity especially in the winter, and the condensation on the back of the fridge. There are a few other options that are less expensive and more safe. One is to rent a storage locker. Some are climate controlled and they are safer. Another is to rent a small storage unit near your home. It might be a little more expensive than a locker but it is still cheaper than a full blown unit. Just my opinion. Hope this helps.

I’d reconsider the Breville oven. In an apartment kitchen, it can be a wonder appliance.

I use my countertop oven for pretty much everything, from making toast to reheating food to baking cookies/cake/bread to roasting veg/meats/fish to cooking lasagna.

I don’t know how old your kids are, but my nephews can operate the countertop oven for simple tasks.
