What Should I Cook in My New Hestan Nanobond Skillet?

Today I picked up the 28cm/11 inch Hestan Nanobond skillet that I won on an online estate auction. The pictures were beautiful and the price was 1/10 of a new one. It looks perfect in real life. It does feel heavy, approaching the weight of my trusty cast iron 12 inch skillet. My other cookware is 50 year old Farberware in many sizes and shapes. This is the first premium brand item I have.

Advice will be appreciated.
