Did a few frenzied chores because the library group starts at 5pm Conan and I started this group together a long time ago and often people come directly from work and are hungry. Wish we could start at six but we both knew if people went home they would never leave the house for a six pm time. The librarians don’t like me. Part of this is weird competitiveness because so few men work there. Ladies he is all yours. The other reason is that Conan plays and manipulates his coworkers and parents and casts me as the bad girl. Fine by me. One librarian likes me a lot. B. She was working circulation and greeted me warmly. B. usually likes what I wear and today was no exception. She complimented me on my special target collection dress. We would have chatted longer but two pesky patrons showed up. B. was a balm to my soul. Until her kindness I had not realized that the coldness from the coven was getting to me. I literally forgot how it was to be treated well there. Plus she is smart and has a sense of humor so she “gets” my little dances with Conan. After I hit conan as I told him I would today, hey he pissed me off in his discord group, I let him have one of the sausage bites. He ended up getting four. Games were delightful for all because tonight err last night the youngest participant is 20 and no one else was around. Much much trash talking. Exactly three years ago today my father passed away. I thought the weight will grow less as time goes by, but it doesn’t.

Too bad NPR and the local radio weren’t curious enough to dig into the circumstances. I’m still guessing (not alone based on her results, but by other multi-award winners in other categories) that there just wasn’t much in the way of competition.

TANGENT alert. Dunno how far away u live but did you hear my screams earlier? This is why I needz sparring/dancing partners. I have this issue in real life as family members have faulty receivers. I can communicate perfectly but if they cannot hear me well it is a waste of breath. This even came up in some of my massive multiplayer on line games. There some of the players would say you never know what is going on on the other side of that screen. You said something like if the other person is in bad mood they will interpret your words filtered through their own issues no matter what you say or how you say it. He who must not be named once said we are living in a narcissist era. It’s all about me. So members were asking if your post was about them or wanting know what prompted the post and what are the details? I need to put ice on my forehead soon because those keyboard marks from pounding my head on the keyboard are starting to swell.
