What knife is Martha sharpening in this video?

Hi,

This is a video of a younger Martha Stewart showing us all how to maintain our knives. Starting at 1:45, what Nakiri is she using? It’s Japanese. Looks like it’s stainless. Anyone recognize it?

Can’t help you with the nakiri brand, but I did find it amusing how she demonstrated how dull the paring knife was by pressing it straight down on the tomato but after honing she showed how sharp it was by drawing it across a tomato in a slicing motion.
