I know you care about the well being of the Elite restaurant employees. I met a couple of staffers from Elite Restaurant at the newly open Wah Sing Dim Sum. Actually, they spotted me first. We had a chat. They said the fire broke out a little before the restaurant due to open. At least three staffers work here. I am sure the rest just find various shops and restaurants to work at.
