What do I do with cooked Thai sweet rice?

I have a couple of extra cups. I thought I might make some sort of coconut milk syrup and have it with the usual mango, but maybe you guys have some other ideas? I want to stress that it has already been cooked.

Rice pudding?

Well, I wound up heating up some coconut cream and sugar, then poured it over the top and added some fruit. It was fine, but nothing special.
