A Sisu strawberry Negroni (named after a bar in H’burg): strawberry-infused Campari, Milagro Reposado tequila, Cocchi Americano Bianco.

Today I had an Elder Fashioned - 2oz gin, 0.5oz St. Germain, two dashes of orange bitters, stirred and strained on the rocks. The recipe calls for a grapefruit twist, but I used a lemon twist because I lacked a grapefruit.

Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
My binge of wretched excess has ended. The Tanq 10 has run dry. Red cap Bombay and Dolin, 3:1 with a Castelvetrano olive.
Water, iced tea and 1/2 of a can of Canada Dry No Sugar ginger ale.

4:1 Martini with Beefeater gin and Dolin Dry vermouth and a few dashes of orange bitters, with a lot of olives.
‘Diet’ grape Powerade. English Breakfast tea with sugar free apple cider mix. Lots of water.
