We’re two episodes in already, which is all that there is (I think). We’re kind of low on shows right now. Waiting for Shrinking to come back.

Started watching Steal on Amazon Prime last night. I’m always up for a heist drama. It was entertaining which is about all I’m up to these days.

Oh, damn. I thought we’d collected more than 2 at this point, but maybe not. We gave up on Shrinking early in the second season.
Guess we’ll watch the second part of the Mel
Brooks documentary tonight.
As for shows, Dark Winds is still on our list. We’re also considering a rewatch/recon of Berlin Babylon, as the vast amount of characters left us too confused to continue, but we liked it a lot. Seems rather au courant as well, sadly.
For whatever reason, I’ve had a very diminished appetite for sitcoms/tv comedy for the last couple of decades, but I do love Shrinking.

The Mel Brooks documentary made me uneasy in a few places, when they showed Mel telling the same stories word for word in different years to different audiences. I guess that’s what professional comics do, though.
Of course. It’s a shtick well-honed over decades, not to mention a part of his personal history.

It isn’t just comics that do that. I certainly have stories that I’ve told more or less word for word the same for decades. I imagine nearly everyone has a few of these. Brooks would necessarily have more of them, as he’s been asked to tell more stories than us average joes. And presumably, tells them a damned sight better than most.

Yup. Same here, honed over years (sometimes decades), and currently in the process of deciding whether they deserve a broader audience 
What do I have to lose but my fabulous reputation and dignity?
Really disliked episode 5 of the Night Manager. Only one more episode and then a third season so I’ve got a feeling they’re going to leave us with lots of unanswered questions. Not sure if I need the answers at this point.

Watched it last night. I was hoping that the three lady cops 
might make off with the loot, and was a lil disappointed that they didn’t. Fun!

I finished watching the full season of Steal on Amazon Prime. I thought it was excellent, and very binge worthy (with only 6 episodes).
