Lobster! A big one, with lots of butter. I think the colder the water the better the meat.

Have you checked the current price of live lobster?

No, but at this time of year, its probably $12-20.00/lb depending on the size.
But $$ doesn’t make it less craved.

Wontons in chilli oil. Big hit of mala numbing spice.

Going to Chinese with friends for lunch, then to their place for the annual St Paddy’s Day drinking and viewing of The Boondock Saints, an absolutely ridiculous 90’s Tarantino-wannabe crime flick. The partner will be hitting the Jamesons HARD, so I’ll be driving home.
