I’d invest in a good bread knife before I dropped that kind of dough on a bread slicer. If you have a local restaurant supply store nearby, have a look at what they have on offer.

There are a few here who over the years have seen me post a picture of my paska(Ukrainian Easter bread) and its always been the same. Baked in an angel food cake pan. Surprise, this year I played around. It is sprinkled with coarse sugar. Same recipe
