My favourite plum cake—the Plum and Cardamom Sweet Bread (cake) from In the Sweet Kitchen. Definitely more work than the other popular one, but it’s not late summer/back to school without it for me.

I like to make French toast topped with cream cheese, apricots, raspberries and icing sugar. Not really a recipe but one of my favourite ways of having them.

Yup, since I have a plum tree, I’ve done lots of swapping them in for apricots in cakes, etc. The same range of flavors is complementary to both.

Thanks! I don’t make too many stone fruit baked goods multiple times, so I don’t have any favourites, apart from David Lebowitz’s Texas Peach Cobbler, which I like a lot. I do tend to swap fruits in recipes or mix fruits.
