I’m looking at getting a wet grinder: the kind used for making dosa batter. Anyone here have experience with one and/or recommendations?

These look decent. Do you have any South Indian friends or restaurants nearby who could give you tips?
@Babette I’ll be using it for multiple things: dosa batter, spice pastes, nut pastes and possibly cocoa beans.
@medgirl Unfortunately, the south Indian friends we have don’t make their own dosa from scratch and there are no dosa/idli places near me. The lady at the local south Indian grocery store only carried the mixer/grinder with the blades.

I have a couple of the tilting ones & use them for nut pastes and my own white chocolate blends.
