KERALA STYLE FISH CUTLETS / FISH CAKES Referenced the recipes here and here. Fish and potatoes are flavored with cooked aromatics (onion, ginger, garlic), curry leaves, fresh green chilli, and garam masala, then crumb-coated and fried.
