Winter 2025 (Jan-Mar) Cuisine of the Quarter - VOTING

Hey HOs, time to VOTE on our first COTQ of 2025. Since there wasn’t much discussion/seconding on the nominations thread, I (very unscientifically) narrowed down the nominees to one per person by eliminating those options that I felt were most similar to cuisines that have already been covered.
