I’m way behind in reading this thread but at least I’ve finally got a dinner plan together for us three in Asheville, NC. Some of you may be familiar with our new dietary requirements.
Our kiddo will hopefully eat the majority of these meals (or their components artfully marketed 
). I will probably make him a few things he loves, such as chicken tacos, for balance/substitution.
