Hello everybody
Soft food diet yesterday, so I made a tuna casserole with milk, butter, Callipo tuna from a jar, tubetti, topped with buttered breadcrumbs and grated parm. I didn’t add onions which I usually would. The only seasonings I added were a couple shakes of Worcestershire and some sherry. For a minimalist, black pepper-free tuna casserole, it turned out better than I expected.

Friday. Thinking about take-out fish and chips for 2 of us tomorrow and baked fish at home for the DC who doesn’t like take-out fish anymore.
Saturday morning, bennies using the arugula and spinach that wasn’t made into spanakopita last Sunday.
Saturday, I’m thinking Cobb Salad. Purchased strawberry cake for dessert.
Sunday, if it’s a nice day, patio lunch at a place I like in a beach town on Lake Huron. Dinner to be determined.
