I have this one memorized. We say “the creature mocks us” a lot. Because he does. Here he is trying to stare H into feeding him for the 50th time.

And mine will run into the kitchen every time I go in there, because I “haven’t fed them yet”. Umm, dudes. I fed you 15 minutes ago.
Laszlo also will get fed by one of us and then ask the other one for food. He is wily.

Parker doesn’t expect us to fill his bowl (which he grazes on and is filled twice a day), but he will run into the kitchen after us because he knows that’s where his treats are (and catnip). As far as he is concerned, there is really no reason to be in the cookie room except to give him cookies.

Parker is being extremely anti-photo lately. I tried to snap one the other day and he immediately started bathing his unmentionables. Sixth sense!

As expected, monkey boy was thrilled to have us back. My welcome included a 5-min long sesh of head-butting and tummy rubs, and he got next to me on the couch for our movie night. We made an exception and left the bedroom door open, and he slept by my side for most of the night.
He’s such a sweetie
