YAY for the frozen Bacalhau Tartlets–creamy and flaky and not too fishy or salty. This time I actually remembered to buy two! The only downside is they take 35 minutes to cook so you do have to plan ahead if you want them for lunch. They make a good appetizer or side if you’re already cooking something else.
MEH on the papadums (lentil/chickpea crisps in a bag, like chips). Very strong lentil (i.e., dirt) flavor, not enough salt (strong statement from me, as I have a very low salt tolerance), but nice texture, similar to Pringles.
