YAY for the fire-roasted red peppers. Nice n smoky & not too sweet. Made a lovely addition to my melitsanosalata.

Red chilies- A woman frying red chilies in Vembakkottai camp. Red chilies are extensively used in cooking by Tamilians from both Sri Lanka and India.
