Tracking household grocery expenses - what do you spend?

I’m a big fan of Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, and variations.

This Croque Toast was awesome.

The bakery seemed to top a 1 inch thick slice of sourdough with a Gruyere Mornay sauce, and topped that with very thinly sliced French ham. The toast seemed to be grilled in butter, then maybe broiled. It was great. Less carby overall than most Croques, with half to 2/3 of the bread.

I have been trying to do all my fresh veg and produce shopping once a week.This is for 3 adults, with some special diets.

$268 CAD last Saturday for Easter and this week at Briwood Market and $205 CAD today (Friday) at indie Remark Market ($170 CAD) and chain Farm Boy ($35 CAD)

I have started buying lamb and fish online from 2 suppliers, so that has changed how much I’m spending on meat and fish each month. I buy $150 (specific fish and shellfish, free shipping after $150 iirc) or $450 (half a lamb) at a time from these suppliers. It is a bit cheaper in the long run.
