I really like Charlie PALMER. We ate ate his place in Healdsburg and it was an exceptional evening all around. And he came to out table and chatted with us. We were staying in the hotel that houses the restaurant so the next morning he talked so us at the breakfast buffet. Lovely, charming and genuine. I also was happy with the outcome of the finale. In all I thighs it was a good season. Tom’s dinner looked great too!

I finally got around to watching the finale - I was traveling.
I was fine with the outcome but actually surprised. I was only watching the season here and there but I never got the sense that he was the front runner at any point. Maybe it was the editing or my 1/2 watching but it surprised me. Did he win a lot along the way?
Jeremy had 3 EC wins, and 3 QF wins, 2 Highs, and 3 Lows.
Amar had 2 EC wins, 1 (group) QF win, 4 Highs, and 1 Low.
Told you I wasn’t paying that much attention this season. Good for him. Maybe next season I’ll be back into it again.
