Tip #3- Creating a poll

#1

Want to survey your fellow users? It’s easy with the poll feature.

Just add the [ poll ] [ /poll ] tags around your choices (remove the spaces inside the brackets), with each choice in its own line in the format below:

For example.

[ poll ] (<- remove the spaces inside the bracket)

  • I love tomatoes
  • Tomatoes are meh
  • I despise tomatoes
[ /poll ] (<- remove the spaces inside the bracket)
  • I love tomatoes
  • Tomatoes are meh
  • I despise tomatoes

I preferred the heart system. This way I can’t see who could possibly despise tomatoes :stuck_out_tongue:

Probably this guy:

Yeah, it would have to be someone with a personal grudge.

#6

What are the poll tags? I tried using brackets, but that didn’t work. Is there an icon?

Thank you.

You should do:

[poll]

  • peas
  • asparagus
  • spring vegetables fruits
    [/poll ]

Just get rid of the space inside the [/poll ].

@sck
Looks like there is a lot of browsers problem in using polls.

You use [poll ] (without the space) to start the poll.

The poll options have a - next to each one. Not [poll ].

After all the options are listed, close it with [/poll ] (without the space).
