I’m smoking St. Louis ribs today and out of all of my thermometers

Last time I used this one,

And it worked out fine, but this is apparently a more recent purchase, and I haven’t used it yet. Another recent purchase I haven’t used yet. And it has a Bluetooth app.

I think it’s safe to say the Thermoworks are the keepers. at least in the kitchen. I did return one I bought for my plants.
