That seems like a lot of floor for the servers and chefs. A lot of overhead. 120 seats. Wow.
I don’t know the space…how does it compare in size to their Red Bank location? They’ll have 30+ people waiting for a table on a Saturday night there, so maybe the expansion will help ease that?
Based on my eye-test, considerably smaller than Red Bank, considerably larger than Ocean.

Still going strong. Sadly we had to send these Lamb Chops back as they were well done as opposed to the medium that were ordered. Really can’t remember the last time I had sent anything back but it was worth it as the replacement was much better.
Also had a great Marouli salad with Shredded Romaine, Scallion and Dill. Lamb Shank and Spicy Feta Stuffed Peppers.
Anyone know how to get in touch with ownership? Bob/Bobby? I believe is the owner’s name.
I don’t, but maybe just walk in if you’re in the area (he’s usually in RB from what I’ve observed)?
I did that in Ocean and he hasn’t responded. Maybe today I will stop by Red Bank. Thanks
