To resurrect this thread, here are discussions of that HK gem, Cha Long:

Cha Long [Hell's Kitchen, 9th, between 50th and 51st]

This is an excellent restaurant that has received sporadic mention on this site. (See this as an introduction to other mentions.) I’ve eaten there several times since I last wrote about it. The sator goong is still exceptional, tongue&lip-ticklingly so, as are the crab dumplings, and the chive pancakes (more like thick omelettes). So also the phuket pak mor. (See the posts linked to above.) Even their simply stir fried greens have been superb. Eat there, folk, and eat there often.
