I am with you on that one! We have some Christmas placemats, and that is it. If I were ever to encounter someone who liked them, I’d give them away. Once you put your plate on them they look like whatever’s for dinner!
I’ve been binging a lot of urban exploration videos this month. It’s amazing how wasteful various organizations can be when they abandon a building. A massive percentage of these videos include a room filled with abandoned Christmas decorations. Especially the malls and churches.
Not just the abandoned ones. A few years ago we cleared out a storage and mechanical area in our parish hall and found probably a couple thousand dollars worth of cleaning supplies, gardening supplies, craft items, and lightbulbs.
