The Dish: "The Big Texas Cookbook"


Well, this was interesting. Started out ok with the Asian grilled ribeye. Then the Frito topped kolache was turning me off until I realized chili and dough were involved., The rest of the tv episode wound up making perfect sense. I won’t be buying the cookbook and I’m not crazy about CBS, but that’s beside the point. You should cross post this on the Texas board. Might get a few more nibbles.
