Also from my high school is Sandra Bullock. She is four years younger than me so we didn’t overlap (W-L is a three year high school). Last I heard her parents still live in Arlington near where my parents live and near W-L. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V02lqEpbk2Y
I wore that!
You know what they say, if there’s no picture…
The best I got is Dr. Phil was a senior when I was a sophomore. We were in gym class together.
Dodge Ball Hell!
He wanted an appearance fee to come back to his 50th reunion. They refused.
I’m not a mainstream sports guy. When I was a sophomore in high school I tutored Eric Seavers (a senior) in math. He probably wouldn’t have graduated without help. He went on to a moderately successful pro football career, I think with the San Diego Chargers.
Dr. Phil ~ Why does that not surprise me.
Awwwwww! That’s beautiful!
My sweet sixteen dress - if you can see it.Yellow accordion pleated mini dress
Wow, that is one groovy scene. Can you even imagine teens today wearing dresses and suits to a party?
Ruth Buzzi of Laugh-In fame graduated from my high school although way before my time. She grew up in a town called Weqeutequock. I ran in to her years ago in a grocery store (not letting on that I knew who she was).
Gracious lady.
I can’t believe you used the word groovy.
Far out.
You can’t dig it?
Well it was a groovy scene, man! Oh. wow.
And a groove ain’t no rut!
That is a delicious and odd comfort food for me too. Ever since I was little. But not just as is. Must put the ketchup on cooked spaghetti in a fry pan, and then heat it till the ketchup caramelizes. So good. No idea who put this oddity into my head.
