Hello everyone!
Will be traveling to Taipei in February with brother in law. Both late 30s. Going for the food! Interested in Taiwanese food. Generally travel for food so looking for recommendations for excellent meals. Plan to go to markets as well as sit downs. Price isn’t an issue but not looking for all Michelin style dining!

I have many, many posts on Taipei going back years since I have a home there and it’s where my parents are. If you have the patience you can browse a little.
One of the places we keep going back to is Lu Sang 呂桑 on Yongkang Street 永康街. They serve specialties from Yilan 宜蘭 as well as standard Taiwanese fare. Been going there for more than a decade.
